This track is one of our most well received tracks and after playing it live for almost a full year it finally comes to life as the dramatic intro to the EP. Nick Schmidt, Aiden Albright, and Greg Soltys worked with a previous drummer, Tyler "Bibs", to write the skeleton of Vertigo. Kenny Moyer supplying the existential lyrics and Jake Wehn giving the drums a much needed update, then came in adding their own unique spin on things to create what we now have today.

Trapped in a mortal body, constrained by human thought. I could not seem to comprehend the terror that was brought. The Earth was lacerated, and bled like supple flesh. The sky turned red and scorched it all as I turned to face my death.

The first thing that I witnessed, as I crossed to the other side. The pouring of eternity, through. holes which ripped the sky. All form of life gone now, as state that comes to be. Trapped in vertigo.

The age of birth was over. The cold age had begun. Deep within the glaciers. The weave of time undone. The constellations crumbled. Into the deepest void. Galaxies torn apart. Reality destroyed.
